Team Sets & Volume Discounts:

Discounted pricing is available for complete team, club or league sets.  Popular team items are already set up with volume discount pricing.  If you do not see it for the item you wish to purchase please email us at nefacademy@gmail.com to request volume discount pricing.

 

How to Pay:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal as payment for orders.  We also accept certified checks and money orders, but on these orders we must receive payment within 5 calendar days of the actual order date. Certified check payments must be mailed to:

The best way to make payment is to enter your credit card number on our secure online order form. That is most efficient for getting your order processed.

 

 

 

 

Shipping Rates:
Our shipping is handled by Fedex, USPS & UPS and rates apply to the lower 48 contiguous states. Orders usually ship out within 1 business day, unless an item description says otherwise or is back ordered, otherwise arrival typically ranges from 3 to 8 days.

 

For shipments outside of the lower 48 contiguous states in the US, please contact us to get an accurate shipping quote for international service or for shipping to Hawaii / Alaska. 
 

 

Product Colors:

Computer monitors color settings may vary. This can affect how colors appear on your screen. All of our products are accurately portrayed in the images but due to slight on-screen discrepancies, it may not appear 100% identical to the colors on the product received. We cannot be held responsible for color discrepancies. We make every effort to accurately display and describe products' colors. If having a perfect color match is important to you, please contact the manufacturer and request a color swatch, if available.

 

Backordered or Out of Stock Items:

Our inventory levels are kept as current as possible, however, from time to time an item may become back ordered or temporarily out of stock.  In these cases we shall notify you by telephone or email to apprise you of this.

 

Missing Items or Damaged Shipments:

When you receive a shipment from us, please check the contents of your package immediately. We require that you report any missing items or product damage within 7 days of receiving the package. Futsal Training System must report all damages immediately to the delivery service for inspection; therefore, we ask that you keep all merchandise and packaging in the condition as it was delivered. Claims issued on damaged or lost orders can take the carrier 7-10 days to process. Once a claim has been initiated and processed, a replacement will be sent. We cannot accept cancellations on merchandise after it arrives damaged or is lost, but we will make every effort to correct this situation. Lost packages are usually located by the carrier and delivered. To avoid duplicate shipments, replacements will be sent after the claims process is complete. Missing or damaged packages aren't fun for anyone-- so know that we'll make sure to resolve these rare situations very quickly.

 

Defective Merchandise:

Futsal Training System has strong relationships with all of the manufacturers that we merchandise, and these manufacturers are very responsive. The products we carry have warranties that range from 1 year to lifetime. If you suspect that you have a defective product, please immediately contact us to advise you on the best way to resolve the problem.

 

Refusal of Delivery:

If you place an order and it is refused upon delivery, you will be responsible for the shipping costs and any other costs that occur during the delivery process.

 

Returns Regarding Defective Merchandise

We want you to be happy with our service and the products we provide.  Please contact us to initiate the return process for your item.

 

For a hassle-free return & store credit processing, please make sure you follow these basic procedures:

    • You must first Contact us by email at ftsadmin@futsaltrainingsystem.com to get a RMA number to include in your return shipment. You can return any defective merchandise in brand new and unused condition within 7 days of the date you receive your order.
    • You must return all retail packaging and accessories (if any) that were shipped to you, and you must ensure it arrives back to us in the condition you received it - so please be careful with the retail packaging that arrived to you in new condition. You're responsible for shipping costs, we do not refund any shipping costs.
    • Again, please keep track of all original packaging, paperwork, documentation, parts and accessories. They must be included with returned merchandise. If you originally paid a shipping fee at the time of your order, that shipping cost will not be refunded to you. If your original order included free shipping, your refund will be minus our actual cost of shipping the item(s) to you.
    • If you follow these policies, we pledge to make your return experience just as pleasant and easy as your buying experience!  Please allow up to 10 business days for us to inspect the return and to process your store credit.
